Dear Parents and Caregivers,

Please read the important details below regarding students entering / exiting the hall for our disco tomorrow Thursday 15 June:

Entry

Great North Road pedestrian gate will be the only access point for the disco.

Trestle tables, with class signs, will be set up along the edge of the basketball court.

Before the start of each disco session, students must present themselves, with their parent/carer, at the table that has their class name displayed on the front.

Teachers will sign off each student, and give them a small ziplock bag with food/drink vouchers, if pre-purchases have been made.

Students will be taken into the hall by their class teacher for the commencement of the disco.

If you and your child arrive at school wanting to pay cash for entry (and any food/drink items), please move to the entry door under the GN cola and make payment with the correct amount.

K-2 - $8          3-6 -  $10

Exit

All students will exit via the side hall door and move with class teacher to their original class table on basketball court.

All students must be ticked off the class roll and parent/carer sighted by their teacher.

No students are allowed to leave our school site until they are in the company of their own parent or carer.

Please note:

If arrangements have been made for your child to be collected by another adult, this information must be given (in writing) to your child's teacher before 3pm tomorrow 15 June.
